As I walked around an overcast and sprinkling sky turned the already unique landscape otherworldly. Thick clouds of steam trailed across the boardwalks, blankets of fog cast by the steaming ground as if it were alive, it's very breath catching in the cold and releasing. I could feel it as I moved further into the park, the earth around me was alive. It wasn't asking for attention and yet it's strange beauty begged to be seen. I stopped dead in my tracks periodically to capture the sights and scenes that lay before me. From this experience came a series of images I will treasure for a lifetime.
Here is Yellowstone.
